It sort of defeats the purpose of fresh fruit, but it's a low-fat, low cal dip, and if it gets your spouse or kids (or heck, you) to eat fruit, I say go for it.
Ingredients
- 1 carton (6 oz) reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup whipped reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Fresh Fruit
Rooty Tooty Fresh N' Fruity
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until blended. Cover, refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with fruit.
Two tablespoons dip is 52 calories, 2g fat (1 Weight Watchers Point).
