As I said, there won’t be many, but I did want to give Kudos to a few.

Faire Wear, run by Stephanie Newport out of Tennesee. She’s my seamstress, and she did not only my elaborate and painful-to-sew gown, she did my Maid of Honor’s dress. On time, fantastic workmanship, very inexpensive. Can’t say enough!

The Old Church. This is where we got married. If you happen to be in the Portland, Oregon vicinity, it’s a nice venue for an indoor Medieval/Renaissance wedding. It’s a bit on the spendy side, but for me it was perfect because we could have the reception right there, and we could use our own caterers. You may have different priorities.

Mike’s Amazing Cakes. Located in Redmond, Washington. They do ship all over, but you won’t be able to taste the cakes ahead of time if you’re not within driving distance. Be prepared to be amazed at the appearance and have a minor heart attack over the cost.
